Yoga Journal: Morning, Noon and Night

Different occasions call for different energy levels, state of mind, and state of relaxation or activity. When doing yoga, it is best if you keep this in mind, as not all types (or routines) are made equal. With that being the case, if you are a beginner looking to start the perfect workout, Yoga Journal: Morning, Noon and Night is a great place to look.

Offering 20 minute interval practices, they are all made for specific times of the day, to help you to wake up, energize, maintain your serenity, and finally to relax after a hard day. Since they are so short they are easy to fit in to any schedule, and will help you through your entire day. You can even fit the afternoon workout into your lunch break.

These are not, unfortunately, intensive yoga sessions. But they are easy to follow, and so great for beginners, or those that have to take it fairly easy due to health reasons. They can also be used to maintain yoga skills in between more intense workouts later on in the week. For example, you could alternate between Yoga Journal and a full hour workout every other day, to give your body interval training.
